1.Portfolio risk profiling

Analysis of credit risk of the existing tenant / customer portfolio, with strategic advice on where to extend and reduce trading, or modify trading terms to avoid unnecessary credit risk.

2.Transactional diligence

Individual evaluation of all new transactions, including lettings, assignments, concession applications and all forms of short and long term contracts, with immediate recommendations to minimise financial risk including guarantee structures, deposits, inducements, and modifications to contract terms.

3.Debt recovery procedures

I can provide advice on credit strategy, credit control targeting, litigation and CRAR based on 35 years’ experience, including successful high profile court actions.

4.Insolvency advice

I can provide advice on how to maximise your position should a tenant or supplier become insolvent.

Subject to a further subscription I can also arrange for real time monitoring of your entire tenant / customer database, providing immediate alerts of legal action, potential insolvency, financial performance and other critical events.

What will it cost?

My standard charge out rate is £150.00 or $200.00 per hour. Ultimately I am here to save my clients money, so fees are therefore negotiable depending on the size of the portfolio, the time involved, and the amount of third party data required. My services are designed to be cost effective, and easily outweighed by the reduction in trading losses and the other benefits listed above. Please contact me directly to discuss your requirements.
